What does he have against Punjab's youth?6. In what family dominated politics? Saudi is a country with human rights violations and women rights issues. Comparing it to India?

You must have heard of ‘Vedanta’, a UK based company, a foreign company.According to FCRA Act 2010, a political party can't accept donations from a foreign company or a foreign company can't make donations to a political party. But BJP violated the law and accepted donations from Vedanta. When Congress lead UPA found about this violation of law, they questioned Vedanta. But instead of taking action against Vedanta and BJP, they made a settlement with Vedanta that the Vedanta will also donate to the Congress.In 2014, while listening to a PIL, the Delhi High court found both Congress and BJP guilty for accepting donations from a foreign company, 'Vedanta'.The Delhi High Court directed the Central Government and the Election Commission to take strong action against both the political parties.Meanwhile, it was the time, the NDA replaced the UPA at the centre, Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister and Arun Jaitley became the Finance Minister.Though, the centre government went on appeal and the matter was pending in the supreme court. Arun Jaitley found a unique way to save both the BJP and Congress party by retrospectively amending the FCRA Act (by silently routing it through money bill) in 2016. This amendment in the FCRA Act changed the definition of a foreign company, now any foreign company having its subsidiary in India can donate to the political parties.
