El Paso County Quit Claim Deed: Fill & Download for Free

DHS wrongfully removed my son and let him drown in a hottub in less than 5 months. Multiple investigations were ordered in the 5 months leading up to the drowning due to multiple bruises and marks on both of my son's, Jayden and Jeremy during our scheduled visits. They even photoshopped pictures to remove bruising, and they tried to take my phone in court to obtain the originals. Thank God for Google photos and dropbox.They don't need to “cope" per se, because they already know they wrongfully remove children on a regular basis, and chance says shit happens. Furthermore, coping requires the person to have a soul, or ability to feel a shred of guilt for their heinous actions against families. If that were the case, they wouldn't be knowingly opening frivolous claims.In my case they wanted to make my two sons, 3 and 4 years old when taken, available for adoption to a high ranking military man and his abusive addict wife. Jamie and bianca Krakovsky. The wife did 2 whole weeks in jail over the drowning, while my ex wife and I did months and months over contempt of court for basically trying to invoke our constitutional rights, that to this day remain trampled.My son's estate did get millions, but guess who was appointed as his conservator that has full control of his money? If you guessed el paso county, the same ones who his lawsuit was against, than you must have dealt with government on this same level, because the average person won't believe what is actually happening if you prove it to them. Most won't give me the time of day in the first place, which is quite frustrating because they continue to fund these monsters and leave them unchecked, as long is it doesn't effect them. The same county opened 2 more cases against me as each of my next two children were born and again illegally removed my children. I have video of this last removal from my home while my in home child care provider watched. To top it off the cops who were carrying out this deed for dhs state on the video that they don't need to show a warrant or an order to come take my daughter and that I could take it up with dhs. I didn't see my daughter for 2 months after they took her and they claimed there were no visits due to covid. They don't mind taking the kids away tho. I guess covid must only be a problem for visitation, not removal, but I'm not a doctor.I see my daughter twice a week in a little room with no windows and have a police escort in any county building. All to make me seem like I'm violent or crazy when I've given them zero reason to think that, but outsiders to the case don't know that and it gives them a false sense that I'm a shit bag.The Judges, caseworkers, treatment providers, even counsel for the parents, that are supposed to be a safeguard to this kind of thing, are in it together for the huge amount of money it brings in the form of federal grants that are paid to states on a per child removed basis. The Judges have to make a finding that dhs removed the kids reasonably and that efforts were made to return the child in order to receive the federal grant for that child. This was supposed to be another safeguard on the financial motive dhs has to remove kids. The immense jackpot of money has corrupted even the judges in these cases, at least in el paso county colorado. I didn't capitalize those titles because to me they shouldn't be. They are trash, and they don't mind destroying the very thing that I believe is the american dream, family. I hope someday justice in rendered, but they can't pay enough money to amount to what they took, not to mention the suffering by my other son losing his older brother.If there's any attorneys out there please help. I can verify this story with paperwork and video. It was also in the news when it happened. If you're dealing with dhs, stay strong and dont let them convince you of their lies. I'd say there are real cases of abuse needing an intervention, but sadly this usually happens in secret. I have extensive knowledge of their tricks as they used the same game in each of my cases. It's sick but real. Abolish dhs and stop the terrorist from hurting anyone else. Thank you. Anyone working for them or wants to defend them, well sorry I don't listen to uninformed, inexperienced, government advocates who either have no kids or work for the system I'm critical of. To you I say, stop pretending you know or give a shit. What are u doing to help the kids that u think dhs should take? You got the energy to expend on defending them but not the children in question.I've also been asked why my constitutional rights should matter to me and why not just let them in if I love my kids so much. Easy, because it's my duty to check the government that I find with my taxes. I don't want my daughter growing up and facing the same pain and suffering at the hand of the government. If nobody stands up, the problem worsens. Maybe read what our forefathers wrote about freedom and the governments tendency to take it away. There's statutes here in Colorado in direct conflict with our Constitution. Anyway that's the answer. The caseworkers give two shits when kids are hurt or killed in foster care, because it would require their accountability for putting them there in the first place. That will never happen. It's up to us to stop this government overreach and stop thinking that they are helping anyone. Or you're a part of it for paying taxes. Of the people doesn't take care of itself. The ppl do.
