Comments from Our Customers

I use CocoDoc’s transfer module to transfer media files (mp4) between my PC and my iPad. The app generally works well for small (less than 1 GB) to medium (greater than 1 GB but less than 4 GB) size files. however, for large (greater than 4GB) file sizes the app will often stop the transfer process prematurely before transferring the complete file. Sometimes you can start the transfer again and the app will continue transferring the file where it left off and complete the transfer, sometimes not. At any rate, this seems to be bug that needs to be addressed! CocoDoc developers, please work on this issue and fix in the next release. Thank you. Generally a good product, just need this glitch fixed.
