I agree with the basic answer that it is the skill and training of the shooter. It depends on the armorer in each unit as to how much the weapon is improved for use as a “sniper rifle”. I do know that the US Secret Service (at least they did in the 80’s and 90’s) had a specially put together rifle they names a “JAR” rifle that was issued to all their snipers. It meant Just Another Rifle! BUT each weapon was hand assembled, tested and perfected by their Armorers at the Beltsville, Md. Training facility and had trigger groups from one company, barrel from another, bolt actions form another, iron adjustable sights, and a stock purchased. I recall the barrels were stainless steel and a bull barrel (thing was huge in it’s outside diameter) and the stocks were altered to fit each shooter. Their snipers in the DC area came out to that range weekly and fired either the qualification course out to 1,000 yards or one round cold from any position and angle on the range as determined by the scorer. Those snipers were among the best I saw!The US Marine Shooting Team out of Quantico, Virginia are supported by that unit’s armorers and those armorers selected for that duty are among the finest in the entire USMC and perhaps the world.But being a sniper, or spotter, isn't just about hitting the target. So snipers in the military need to learn skills to enter a target area covertly, lie in wait, make the shot on the target, and get the hell out and safely back. That is perhaps the hardest part of being a sniper as it takes patience, endurance, willingness to endure discomfort all for hitting that one single target. That requires extensive training on field survival skills and camouflage. Many an outstanding shooter fails and flunks out of the USMC Sniper Course not because of their marksmanship, but from their ability to perform the above skills.Being a Sniper also requires the ability to know you are going to kill a person, then staring at that person, often for considerable time, through a telescopic lense and then deliberately and knowingly pulling the trigger and killing in cold blood the human being. It about as personal, up close, as there is in the military today in combat!

Yes it helps, and is not bad form, at least in the Navy - if you strike a balance and don’t micromanage…. and add fidelity to your “MAF” (maintenance action form) -Naval Air (includes USMC) puts maintenance in the same squadron as the fliers. This makes for efficiency, improved comms and teamsmanship that I have not seen in the more corporate approach USAF uses, having generally separate maintenance efforts and squadrons.

The content of the site shouldn't be stuffed heavily with keywords. It should be relevant, and keywords should be sprinkled.4. There are other tiny details like call to actions, forms, etc which need to be changed.5. All this will take a lot of brainstorming and practice. Then you can come up on social media to build a community and promote yourself.
