If a husband and wife have the same blood group (B+), will there be any problems conceiving a baby?

Before answering a small history of my wife’s and my family blood types.Wife’s mother, brother and her blood group is B+ve.My father’s,paternal grandmother and my blood group is B+ve.Before marriage or during pregnancy we didn’t think of this same blood group relation.Our marriage happened in May 2015 and my wife conceived in September(same year). Due date was June(next year 2016) end.During pregnancy period only symptom she had is vomiting only one day, but we thought it might be because of food last day. She used to have regular periods but there was no symptom of the periods in that month then we consulted doctor and the pregnancy was confirmed.We both were shocked as we were not much prepared to have a kid at that early stage as she was trying to pursue higher studies. We knew it was illegal but we asked the doctor if we can do a abortion but the doctor like a angel counselled us as it is not legal and why to abort when there are many couples who is struggling to have kids and we are blessed and we are trying to destroy it. We were convinced and moved forward.She was attending coaching classes that too from morning 9AM to 3PM where she will be sitting in an uncomfortable position and heat(only one fan for the whole class). We(she mostly and i supported her) bear the pain and went on in life.May 28th the last checkup and scanning we went to hospital . There was some problem in scanning machine and we were referred to another hospital which is around 4kms away. We thought whether to do it same day or postpone to next day but next day was Sunday and Monday i will be not available as i was working in another city.We went to the referred hospital the rush was so much(as all patients from other hospital was referred here) we had to wait around 3 hours to get the scanning done and had our lunch at 3:30 PM.Went home took some rest and 4:30 PM we went to see the doctor with result. After seeing the result she immediately informed us to have cesarean done ASAP as the fluid supposed to be between 8–10(don’t remember exact value) was less than 5 for her.And the operation took place and delivered a baby boy at May 28th 4:56 PM. Baby was ok but since premature by almost a month was shifted to PICU. And the Pediatrician told us since the baby is premature he might be slow in growth(will crawl late, will speak late etc) or might take time to suck the milk and don’t think the baby is having problem as time moves he will be in track, and important thing is that he might be having less immunity so it is advisable to admit him in PICU for 2–3 days and inform relatives not to visit for some 10–15 days.When he was bought for milk feeding he did suck properly so one problem solved. Then he started walking by age of 1 only another solved. Talking was ok and now he is almost unstoppable and talkative another problems solved. He is eating food but because of his daily exercise he is lean.Now only problem is he is vulnerable to cold, cough and fever. For last three and half years he is almost bald head as hair grows he sweats a lot, so we bald it regularly. We are now giving him homeopathic medicines and there is a slow and gradual change.Now from question point of view if both you and your wife is B+ve there is no problem in conceiving a baby and the baby will be in good health(don’t consider our case as he was pre mature). All the best.By the way we are planning for the next kid.Tailnote: We haven’t tested our sons blood group till now so don’t know his blood group.EDIT1: Recently checked my son’s documents and found that B+ve is his blood group.So Husband, Wife and Son all are B+ve, also Husband’s Father, Father’s Mother B+ve and Wife’s Mother, Brother B+ve.
