The Hindu Succession Act, 2005 brought about two changes in the the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 which are of far reaching consequences in favour of Hindu women.Firstly it made the HSA applicable to agricultural properties. The principle Act originally did not apply to agricultural properties by virtue of subsection [2] ofsection 4 of that Act. By omitting section 4[2] the HSA became applicable to agricultural properties also. Therefore, rural Hindu women also became entitledto claim succession to agricultural properties as per the amended HSA. Secondly the Hindu coparcenary [joint family properties] were out of bounds for succession bywomen under unamended HSA. The 2006 amendment substituted original section 6 with new section 6 which provided that from the commencement of theamendment Act, in a Joint Hindu Family governed by mitakshara the daughter shall by birth, have in her own right, same rights and obligations as the son.However, dispositions and alienation’s prior to 20th December 2004 will be saved from new amendment. All other provisions are consequential.

GPUs are already being used to process offloaded graphics/3D processing but that doesn't qualify to be counted as a part of Heterogeneous.The key ingredients of a Heterogenous System arehUMA (Heterogeneous Unified Memory Access): This lets the programmer/developer or any software access all the memory of the system like RAM, GPU VRAM, HDD, PCIe devices etc. as a single block of memory and every component of the matrix can easily read/write to that memory. hUMA requires hardware support. Current AMD APU (Accelerated Processing Units) A-series processors support hUMAhQ (Heterogeneous Queueing): It allows to offload the relevant task to a relevant sub-system like float calculations or such can be assigned to GPU, vector integer operations are given to the DSP or such, etc...Other things that I don't know of are also required to be supported by Hardware to be full HSA (Heterogeneous Systems Architecture) compliant.There are already partially HSA compliant processors available like the Steamroller based APUs (AMD A series) like A10-7850k, A10-7800, A8-7600, A4-7400k, FX-7600P, etc. are all HSA supported with their internal GPU (iGPU) and implement hUMA and hQ.That was desktop. The current mobile processors are all HSA compliant with major being the Qualcomm Snapdragon processors which have CPU, iGPU, DSP, Modem, ISP, NEON, FPU. They already implement HSA for Computer Vision applications at least. Many MediaTek SoC are also HSA compliant.I'll add more to this answer further
