If you do not pass all papers of INGOU First Year, you will be able to get admission for second year in IGNOU. As in IGNOU you have to fill the second year admission form even before the final term end examination and your admission will be confirmed before result of first year. You can clear those remaining paper of first year by giving exam for those paper in next examination session. IGNOU provided 8 year to complete UG course and 5 years to PG course. You have to clear all paper of three years within that period
