No one would be able to answer that except Mr. Musk himself. I have tried my best to answer this one from an outsider's POV.I checked financial statements of Tesla Motors Inc for Dec 2015, to find recurring Net losses in their statements. If I had to go by the papers solely, I wouldn't be very optimistic. Also, Losses presented in such statements are usually "presented" losses and not losses in hard cash. They involve a lot of unincurred costs. Still a point worth considering.​But, having known a tiny bit about Mr. Elon Musk and how he rolls, I am willing to go against the above self made argument. I believe Tesla is going to nail it with the production of Model 3 unless they have grossly miscalculated the demand, which most probably they haven't.In the Model 3 inauguration stream, Mr. Elon Musk, stated that People who bought Model S & X, will make production of Model 3 possible. Rightly so, This is what I was expecting since atleast till december 2014, Tesla seemed pretty cash crunched (Tesla Motors Inc. Not Mr. Elon.) but then I saw their cash flow results which were drastically uphill for December 2015! Read attached;​Also, He mentioned that they are going to expand their current inftastructure to meet the increasing demands of Model 3 and has alreeady expanded the Li-ion battery production at Gigafactory. So thats sorted!TLDRMr. Elon has put this Model in a Low price - High Demand category. He is expecting high demand because of the low price and thus, I reckon he has taken more than appropriate measures to satisfy the same.The future looks good for Tesla!

SeaWorld did not start off as an enterprise with the sole purpose of mistreating animals for public entertainment. It was not a “cock fight.” Aside from the entertainment value of performing animals, or those held in captivity for observation, SeaWorld claimed a mission of consciousness raising about risks to animals in the wild, research, and education.And in fact, what brought the public focus on SW was not so much any cruelty to their animals, as it was the death of their own staff members by animals who “went of out control.” This eventually led to various documentaries and investigative reports which suggested that mere captivity alone, even in the best of conditions, was “inhumane,” or a form of cruelty, or at the least an unseemly exploitation of innocents.The above took place over a period of about 2 decades, give or take.And during that same time, public interest and concern about the very relationship between humans and animals became more deeply felt. SeaWorld, and major zoological exhibitions, were an obvious focus owed to their prominence and fame. In the most profound expression, some people refuse to eat flesh or dairy products, because of the mass slaughter or exploitation of animals required to produce such food, and because of the environmental impact of commercial scale farming and breeding.Bottom line: concern or suspicion about SeaWorld must be understood in terms of the changing social values by which SeaWorld is judged in the present. We might agree that SeaWorld is trying to do something good; but that the means of so doing it is harmful to their subjects. And much of this arises from the idea that “the animals,” entitled to the same compassion as are people.So, is SeaWorld something we can do without? Probably. Ringling’s Circus is shutting down, perhaps SeaWorld and the zoos are soon to follow. Can we do without dancing elephants and cute Pandas, held in captivity? Probably.So, no, I don’t believe SeaWorld itself is unethical, at least not intentionally. But animal related enterprises find themselves operating in a very different ethical environment than they did a few decades ago.That said, it must be understood that while SeaWorld is in the “theme park entertainment business,”it does also claim some commitment to loftier enterprises:The company is one of the world's foremost zoological organizations and a global leader in animal welfare, training, husbandry and veterinary care. The company collectively cares for what it believes is one of the largest zoological collections in the world and has helped lead advances in the care of animals. The company also rescues and rehabilitates marine and terrestrial animals that are ill, injured, orphaned or abandoned, with the goal of returning them to the wild. The SeaWorld rescue team has helped more than 29,000 animals in need over the last 50 years. (From the website: SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. - Company Overview)I don’t know how much SW dedicates to its animal welfare efforts; while their annual report mentions the agenda frequently, the financial statements don’t show a specific line item for the amounts spent.Without question SW is hurting financially - they ran at a loss, last year, and sales have declined. On the other hand, an abandonment of the orca entertainment program means SW will not be spending anything on the upgrade to the orca facilities.My opinion is that a great deal more damage could arise from a wholesale shut-down of the operations as opposed to a gradual reduction of the most offensive activities.My 2 cents.
