Affidavit Know All Men By These Presents: Fill & Download for Free

There's been a movement of late to use plainer language in legal texts.There's no reason on Earth why a contract has to start with “know all men by these presents…” Or why an affidavit should say “I do verily believe” instead of just “I believe”.But, in many legal and business contexts, simplicity and certainty are inversely proportional. This isn't always so, but in a lot of contexts, especially when parties are trying to create certainty regarding where risks will fall, it’s necessary to use a lot of words. And taking precautions before the fact is generally well worth the cost, because ambiguity means Court, and that means paying litigators a bunch of money and then rolling the dice on whether they can convince a judge or jury that you're right.

As I am writing this on 27th September 2018, the Supreme Court of India has abolished section 497 as a criminal offence from Indian Penal Code.The Apex court has stated that adultery can be used as a ground to divorce or it can be used as an evidence in case of serious case like suicide. But it can not generally be considered as criminal offence.This is a truly historic moment for social equality. It's a win for people who stand for gender equality. Because, previously according to section 497, only the man would be charged under criminal offence in case of adultery. Using this law many women have esacped the law after cheating their husbands with other men, while those men had to suffer once caught. This law was clearly partial against men. Most of the times feminists were critisied for this law in India that they always take advantage of this biased law. This verdict is such a relief for such people.The government has given one affidavit where it recited the age old ethos of “ tradition and culture of institution of marriage in India”. But the Supreme Court didn't buy this and stated one apt decision as per the requirement of 21st century, by abolishing one 150years old IPC. We must realise that staying in failed marriage is not something related to tradition. It's completely called white wahsing of moral conduct.But after the verdict many people are opposing it for two main reasons.Ultra feminist groups are claiming that now men will take advantage of this new law and have extramarital affair as per their wish, which will ruin the marriage and family of the people.Many people wanted the criminal offence to remain as it was. They wanted the similar charges against women too as that was for men.But let's analyze these issues. When feminazis are saying men will take advantage now, must remember that this was always present whether or not in public or not. The person who wants to cheat will cheat anyhow. Even before this section was abolished there were many people( both men and women) are involved in adultery in India. In rural India( I am talking about economically bottom level), many men keep two women together or having extra marital affair, and women to run away with another man even after being mother. Such cases are not even reported or known to our law and system. In urban areas people were involved in adultery secretly. What law would search and punsih them? And court has just removed the crimal charge, it has not declared this is some valid conduct. Adultery is more of an moral conduct than a legal conduct.No I am not at all advocating or supporting adultery, if anyone gets confused. But the thing is due to this law, people used to cheat more often in order to sustain the law. And in that fake life the innocent ones would stay in a false notion that their partner is loyal or their married life is going well. All here know, what I am talking about.More often we have seen some women would put false charge against men for adultery. If the Apex court would keep the criminal charge against both men and women, it would again be misused by both of them. Means now men would charge false case against women for adultery. That's why I welcome the decision of the Apex court to remove section 497 as criminal offence.One more step towards equality.

Women.This is what the chief minister, a leader of the state of Uttar Pradesh, the Hindu “monk”, Yogi Adityanath believes. Thousands of people follow and revere him. That is the beauty of democracy —leaders only say things which they know, will be accepted; things which mirror people’s sentiments. The vice chancellor has said that “girls who study in the night are immoral,” as a consequence of which, girls have been disallowed from using the 24×7 library at night.Despite the bus facility being a service provided to all students, as per the prospectus of the university, women are not allowed to avail it. Women students were also made to sign an affidavit pledging that they won’t indulge in any protest or agitation, which directly stripped them of the fundamental right to raise their voices against injustice. Furthermore, they are not allowed to participate in any socio-cultural activities outside the campus.Disparities between men and women exist in the hostel norms too – while men can consume meat, women are banned from doing so. The vice chancellor believes that “consumption of non-vegetarian food makes women impure according to the Malviya values”. In the name of safety, women have a curfew of 8 pm, while men have none. Women wearing short dresses and skirts are admonished by the administration. It is rather unfortunate that learned women in such a prestigious university are unable to even assemble together and talk about their plight, because the administration has taken away that constitutional right.You get the point, don’t you?That’s why, I’d say women of U.P. are definitely underrated.Now onwards, I hope women of U.P. are regulated and channelized to fulfill their biological purpose of bringing in great men upon the face of earth….great men like Yogi ji.Considering the fact that Yogi Adityanath is touted as a future prime minister for India[1] [2] , the whole demographic of Indian women will not be deprived.
