It might take weeks to get the information or they might not be able to get all of it. The story grows old and nothing is published.Only, in Florida the sunshine laws really emphasize public access to information. Like really emphasize.Miami-Dade County Commissioner Xavier Suarez once had to file public notice to talk to his son because they were potentially planning on talking about public transit issues and the conversation needed to be publicly accessible..Basically, people in Florida have immediate and relatively unrestricted access to information like police reports.
