Regional Office is where you will find a Veterans Service Officer’s (VSO) for the service organizations, such as American Legion, VFW, DAV, AMVETS ETC. If you file a claim I recommend getting a VSO to represent you, they are also tied in with the Regional office computer system so they can see what is happening with your claim.The VA Hospitals all have an enrollment office, get a certified copy of your DD 214 (when a service member is released from active duty, you should ALWAYS take it to your county’s Register of Deeds office and file it, so if you ever need a certified copy, you can get it there.
