How can I legally change my name and gender as a younger trans boy?

Well how young are we talking here?If you’re about 15 or younger, I don't think taking legal or medically permanent action as of yet is the smartest choice. Try socially transitioning first and as you grow up and better understand the repercussions of your actions, if you still feel that you need to medically and legally transition, then do so. Give it some time, though, because gods and goddesses forbid it was genuinely a phase or just you discovering your sexuality or whatever else that leaves you regreting the choices you've made as a young, naive child. Besides, legal documents aren't going to be as prevalent and problematic for you as a child as they will be in your adulthood, and as far as dysphoria goes will thus be something you can certainly cope with.If you're a little older, maybe 16 or 17, talk to your parents and do some research. It varies based on location, but generally speaking in my experience, you typically will need to individually change every legal document through a specific form, and you'll most likely need to do a background check and provide some form of evidence that this is legitimate (like a psychologist’s letter or doctor's notes), something legal and medical that clearly states you have gender dysphoria and need to transition for the sake of your health. As a minor, you will need parental permission as well.

What are your opinions of politics in the US?

I like to say I keep myself updated with politics regularly, but that’s not usually the case.I can’t keep up because (1) we don’t have cable so I don’t get any of the national news channels (CNN, Fox, &c.), (2) I’m not home every night to watch the Nightly News on NBC with Lester Holt or PBS NewsHour, and (3) my parents don’t want to hear it on the TV. So my options are limited.I subscribe to 5 Things from CNN on my email, but I never have time to read it. It was just something I subscribed to this past summer for reading while I was bored. And Fox News nor NBC doesn’t send a daily newsletter like that.Abortion / Birth ControlPro-choice… kind ofWomen have the right to receive an abortion if they want. After about the sixth week of pregnancy to the end of the first trimester, the time when the baby’s heart, major organs, nervous system, and limbs are forming, abortion is ethically not right. It’s like murder. In contest of this opinion, I’ve been told that putting pets to sleep is like murder, and, therefore, should be wrong. I don’t disagree. Also, in looking the time frame up, I come to find out that the baby isn’t actually conceived until the third week of pregnancy. Fascinating. If you’re raped, abort the fetus at no cost.DrugsTake all drugs off the street and create such an amendment to do this (ex. Prohibition under the 18th Amendment)Medicinal Marijuana obtainable per Doctor’s prescriptionDomestic PolicyI do not support the Patriot ActDrugs that offer an alternative, medicinal use should be decriminalizedMembers of Congress receive too high of a salary and too many retirement benefits.I do not support net neutralityEdward Snowden should not receive immunityThe age for Social Security collection should be raisedPeople on the no-fly list should be banned from purchasing gunsVictims of gun violence should be allowed to sue gun manufacturers and firearms dealersTerm limits in the Supreme Court should be imposedEducationEducation should be required. I mean, it kind of already is, but I’m not sure if it’s an actual law.Prayer rooms in school. Freedom of religion. You can’t pray in public governmental buildings since the State won’t claim a certain state religion since we accept all people. Some religious denominations, such as Muslims, pray 5 times a day. Boom. Muslims can now pray facing Mecca while in school.Sex Ed should be required. I mean, you learn about sex in biology, but safe sex and stuff is not touched upon. That’s the job of sex education. It must be required in high school. None of that permission slip stuff from elementary school. However, like homeschooling, you need to have proper documentation/proof if you’re educating your child about sex at home.GET RID OF THE COMMON CORE!!!What good does it do again?EuthanasiaAs mentioned above, I don’t support the euthanization of petsHowever, the euthanization of humans is okay because they have the option to go out (peacefully); this isn’t the equivalent to murderThey can say yes or no- they could also ask to be euthanizedEuthanization: Taking one’s life painlessly if they have an incurable, painful, or other diseases that are hard to go withForeign PolicyThe U.S should continue to support Israel in the Israeli Conflict, but it shouldn’t dictate how they interact with their neighbors.Foreign terrorism suspects should not be granted constitutional rightsThe U.S needs to use all means necessary to combat terrorismThe U.S should not continue NSA surveillance of its alliesThe travel embargo on Cuba should be lifted, but continue to impose the trade embargo until they become a democratic republicWe should decrease foreign aid spending, and deny aid to countries that harbor or promote terrorismWe should accept refugees from Syria, but only after extensive background checks and continuous monitoring to ensure they have no terrorist connectionsThe military should be allowed to use enhanced interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding, to gain intel from suspected terrorists. The U.S should provide aid to Ukraine against Russia“Free stuff”The only “free stuff” that should be handed out by the government is public education, medical insurance, and Social Security (although, that isn’t technically free, as people pay a portion of their income to it).GunsSecond AmendmentBackground checks and Psych evals before given a carry licenseConcealed age should be 18We’ll let 18 year old boys go into the military with rifles- and the risk of picking up a mental illness- but we can’t let an 18 year old civilian carry a concealed pistolI support the motion for armed teachers. School shootings are so prevalent these days that teachers deserve to have a means of protecting them and their students without having to flee. Of course, these teachers would also be given background checks and such.No teacher should have to die protecting their students because they don’t have a gun.ImmigrationAccept refugees after vetting them for diseases and whatnotLegal immigrants can come to the US just fineWill need proper documentationCitizenship test not required. The only requirement should be proof of English fluency or another relative with such fluency.Prohibit people crossing the border. If they want to apply for immigration (including on-the-spot, they can)Working illegal immigrants with no criminal record should be given temporary amnesty.Immigrants should be required to learn English, but they should be allowed to continue to speak their native language within their family, in minority neighborhoods, etc.The U.S should increase the number of temporary work visas given to high-skilled immigrants; our economy relies on businesses hiring the highest skilled workers at the lowest costLGBTQ+Accept them, by God!There have always been different people like this. It was never widely accepted, so it was never publicized. I have no idea why people started coming out and making a big deal of it after Bruce Jenner came out. I don’t even know why Bruce Jenner came out.“Assuming someone’s gender” or “deadnaming someone” isn’t harassment. It’s like Quora not letting Ezra use zie’s name. Zie had to create a new account to finally go by Ezra Fabrick. Many people claimed Quora was harassing zir. They were not- they were just enforcing the Real Name Policy.Political disagreements / Foreign policy issuesWhy can’t we just talk it out? This is what the United Nations was meant for.ReligionIt shouldn’t be taught in schools. Unless you can positively identify in the curriculum that it’s related to the subject (cultural studies, in English to teach symbolism, etc), it shouldn’t be allowed.Separation of Church and StateThe mention of God in the Pledge of Allegiance is not a lack of the separation of church and state; it was added into the Pledge during the Cold War as a message to Russia that we acknowledge religions. At the time, the Soviet Union suppressed all religion. No State-declared religionTerm LimitsTerm limits should be as defined by the 22nd Amendment of the Constitution unless an elected official is demanded reelection by popular demand. The current elected official should automatically be on the voters’ ballot of the next election yearThey will not be allowed to campaign after they’ve served the maximum amount of terms possible; if they want reelection, destiny better be on their side.VaccinationsThere’s no excuse. Vaccinations should be required.Religious reasons? I respect the first amendment, however, religions say you can’t take a vaccine because of its ingredients. Just replace them with more ethical ingredients.Safety concerns? Life is meant for taking risks; take one. Plus, you see the majority of the population being vaccinated and it’s not doing anything bad for them.Lack of information? Get educated!Additionally, you shouldn’t be allowed a vote unless you pay taxes.Representation without Taxation shouldn’t be right. This includes people in prisons, homeless people, and anyone else who can somehow get away without paying taxes. Also, I would like to take this opportunity to say that war is technically illegal under the Kellogg-Briand Pact, which the Japanese violated with their invasion of Manchuria in 1931. Evidently, it was forgotten about after that violation. Just wanted to point this out. Maybe we should start enforcing this on an international level, as the Pact is still technically in effect. Outlaw war. Talk it out. World peace!동

If most gun related crimes in the US are committed with illegal owned weapons, what is the point of gun regulations?

And there my friend you have “NAILED IT”.We have hundreds of gun laws on the books but criminals and malcontents still can get guns. The Las Vegas mass shooter should NOT have been able to buy a gun. He has a Bad Conduct Discharge from the military and a conviction for Domestic violence. What good did the “background check” do? Yet the Democrats want more stringent “background check”.When I was a teenager in the 1950's and early 60's there were very few gun control laws. It was not uncommon on warm days to see a group of teenage boys and the occasional girl walking down the street with rifles, shotguns, and a few handguns for some bottle and can shooting in the woods or rat control at dusk at a local landfill.Neighbors did not panic and call police reporting armed teenagers in the streets. Parents were not concerned that someone would shoot someone else because it did not happen. When the group encountered the occasional police officer, they were told by the officer to “be careful”.We had High School Rifle Teams. Students and teachers alike would arrive for school with rifles and shotguns on display in the back window of cars and trucks. No one ever brought a gun into school. We did not have school mass shootings. The occasional school shooting that did occur usually involved adults not students. There might be two or three of these in the entire nation in any given year. Even the Juvenile Delinquents as they were called back then did NOT use guns or bring them to school. We were taught PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, accountability for ones own actions. We were taught at an early age that bad actions resulted in bad consequences, usually a very sore bottom for a day or two and restriction of privileges for anywhere from a week or up to a month or more depending on the infraction. Being confined to ones own home and yard for a week or a full month other than when attending school was pure agony and a child learned fast what he/she could and could not do and what was acceptable behavior and what was NOT.Parents, teachers or “society” were not blamed for a child's actions, that fell right on the child's shoulders. We did not have much in the way of bullies. These were handled by the students themselves. When a bully was discovered a little talk behind the gym with 4 or 5 of the biggest guys in the school was usually enough to put a stop to it. Actual physical violence was rarely resorted to.We did not have drug problems, gangs and drug dealers fighting over territory and income. Most of the firearms deaths of “young men” today are drug and/or gang related. Criminals killing other criminals. What has changed???Well gun haven't. They still do the same thing they did back then, Shoot a bullet or load of lead shot. A few hold more bullets and some LOOK like military rifles but they all work the SAME. We had semi-automatic rifles, shotguns and handguns back then. Very few “mass shootings” of any kind in any year so how can these be the fault of the guns?? In any event most of those then were related to some criminal activity when one did occur.Over the years the pseudo intellectuals have abrogated the concept of personal responsibility. The overlying theme is “your OK, I'm OK”, it is someone else's fault that one is unhappy, depressed or just plain anti-social. Instead of personal responsibility we send our children and adults who have problems to mental health professionals who try to analyze and reason with the unruly person. They fill these individuals with mind altering drugs, use bogus treatment and send them back into their schools or in the case of adults, society. Then society wonders what went wrong when a kid or adult goes “over the edge” and massacres a group of peers. Or dear it must have been the guns!! The guns made him do it!! Ridiculous! The child that was raised in this environment of lack of responsibility and blaming others for their problems have become the school or adult “mass shooters” of today. Taking revenge on the society that “mistreated” him. These actions are NOT a gun problem. A firearm does NOT MAKE a person into a killer, they are inanimate objects incapable of action on their own or influencing anyone to take any form of action. There are an estimated 50 - 100,000,000 gun owners in the USA. 99.99% have never committed an act of violence. The problem is in our society and how we relate to each other today. All the gun laws and restrictions the governments can come up with will NOT change that. They will just make it slightly more difficult for the malcontent to fulfill his desire for “revenge” on society. The government today offers NO solution for the REAL issues and quite frankly that genie will not be put back into the bottle unless it is confronted and acted on. Even then it will take decades to undo all the harm this permissive society has created.Gun Control is not the solution as it only deprives the law abiding citizen of a means to defend themselves from the very Frankenstein monsters that our society has created. Also see: The depressing truth about gun control

Why Do Our Customer Select Us

The biggest draw to CocoDoc versus other electronic software companies was that one company can have multiple team members. Other software offerings that we saw did not have this feature at all and would require multiple users being setup at a greatly increased cost (that would have outweighed the benefit of introducing electronic signatures). The workflow process in CocoDoc is simple and required minimal training, even for our less technically savvy employees, to the point where even staff members who had been apprehensive about bringing in more digitization of our processes noticed that there was a considerable savings on time.
